1. CONSULTANT – AI / GenAI

Experience: 3–5 Years

Must Have:
- Strong Python
- Hands-on Generative AI / LLM
- RAG, Embeddings & Vector Search
- Prompt Engineering
- LangChain / LlamaIndex / DSPy / Haystack
- Machine Learning fundamentals
- API integration
- Experience with any Cloud platform

Good to Have:
Gemini / GPT / Claude / Llama, Vertex AI, LangGraph, Agentic AI, Hugging Face, MLflow, Docker/Kubernetes, NLP/CV/OCR.

Role:
Hands-on development of production-ready AI/GenAI solutions, RAG applications, AI agents, integrations and POCs.

2. SENIOR CONSULTANT – AI / GenAI / Agentic AI

Experience: 8–9 Years

Must Have:
- Strong Python & Software Engineering
- Strong Generative AI / LLM expertise
- RAG Architecture
- Vector Databases & Embeddings
- AI Agent Architecture & Orchestration
- Cloud Architecture – preferably GCP




- ML / Data Engineering understanding
- Enterprise/API Integration

Positive to Have:
LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Terraform, MLflow/Kubeflow, MCP/A2A.

Role:
Technical SME responsible for enterprise AI architecture, GenAI/Agentic AI implementations, technical leadership and solution design.

3. MANAGER – AI / GenAI / Agentic AI & Cloud

Experience: 9–12 Years

Must Have:
- Strong AI/ML + Generative AI
- Enterprise LLM Architecture
- Agentic AI Architecture
- RAG & Enterprise Knowledge Architecture
- GCP / Cloud Architecture
- Strong Python & Software Engineering
- AI Governance / Responsible AI
- Solution Architecture
- Technical Leadership & Delivery Management
- Client-facing experience
