Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to lead our client-dedicated finance team in Gurugram. This role combines strategic financial analysis with team leadership, encompassing comprehensive P&L; and balance sheet analysis, budget development and forecasting, and revenue trend identification. The successful candidate will create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses, prepare executive reports for JLL leadership, and manage a high-performing finance team. Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operation leads, sourcing & commercial teams to achieve savings targets and cost reduction objectives




- Create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning and scope change management
- Monitor and analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and contribution margins to identify optimization opportunities

Monthly & Annual Reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial results with detailed variance analysis
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages and performance metrics to account teams and client personnel with precision and timeliness
- Oversee comprehensive accounts payable & receivable processes, ensuring accurate calculation, invoicing, and revenue recognition in accordance with contractual requirements

Client Relationship & Compliance Management
- Serve as primary finance contact for client operations, ensuring seamless understanding and adherence to Master Services A
