Job Description
What you can expect
- Sales & Business Development:
- Responsible for execution of sales plan and achieve the sales target assigned
- Analyse and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement




- Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received
- Conducting research about the client’s background, turnover, strengths, weakness, products through online/offline information
- Maintain long term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
- To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread
- Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers
- Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
- Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry

2 Customer Relations:
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
- Ensure service quality feedback on a monthly basis and implement corrective actions to ensure customer stickiness/ retention.
