Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand growth.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage performance-focused campaigns aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and coordinate social media content strategies, including content calendars, campaign ideas, creatives, captions, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, engagement, reach, and lead quality.
- Optimise ad campaigns, creatives, audiences, and budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and social media content.
- Track social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare, analyse, and present campaign and social media performance reports, along with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver against defined KPIs.
- Continuously test, analyse, and refine marketing strategies based on campaign data and audience behaviour.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and Performance Marketing, with practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimisation, and social media marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certific
