Role Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and commercial portfolio
- Statistical modelling, clustering and segmentation thru statistical techniques to help solving key business problems
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
- Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking
- Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS
Requirement
- Experience: 2- 7 years in analytics industry (Finance / Banking industry preferred)
- B Tech/ MBA/MCA/MSQE/M.Sc (Statistic/Mathematics) from premier institute
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is must with high proficiency
- Knowledge on statistical model building is must
- Knowledge of R is preferred
- Knowledge of Statistics – Linear Regression, Exploratory Data Analysis, etc.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
