We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate in the Healthcare team for the role of Solution Leader/ Architect (SL) to join our energetic team. The SL will serve as the critical bridge between customer’s business problems and technical solutions from our side.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecting in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain and a passion for technology and innovation. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement qualification: build a strong understanding of organizational strength, direction and capabilities to match with customer need and qualify the proposal requests in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.
- Solution Design & Strategy: Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints, including system designs including core administration platforms, integration plans,
and technology selections, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure. Define and maintain the target-state architecture aligning platform, experience, operations, data, and IT value streams.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a translator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (clients and executives) to ensure the solution meets both business goals and technical requirements.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend the most suitable tech stacks, frameworks, and platforms based on constraints like budget and time-to-market.
- Solution preparation: Guide design decisions, technical narratives, orchestrate and stitch together the solution for the customer needs and RFPs, working together with all stakeholders like specialized technical teams and internal support teams.
