About the Role

This role is for a hands-on AI Engineer who can also operate as an Engineering Lead. You will own AI features from idea to production, covering data, model selection, evaluation, release, and user experience.



The role blends direct contribution with technical leadership, so you will be expected to write code, shape architecture, review work, and guide a small squad toward measurable outcomes. You will help turn agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and AI services into reliable product capabilities that improve hiring speed, quality, and consistency. Success in the role depends on shipping safely, controlling cost and latency, and creating repeatable engineering systems that scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Flask-based AI services end to end, translating product needs into secure APIs with clear schemas, logging, tracing, and error handling so LLM features can ship reliably at production standards.
- Define and maintain API contracts for React experiences, collaborating closely with frontend partners and building internal demo interfaces when needed to validate product flow and user experience quickly.
