Head – Sourcing & NPD
to join its leadership team in Mumbai

This is a high-impact leadership role who wants to build and scale a brand designed for young, digitally fluent consumers from the ground up.

We are specifically looking for:

• 12–20+ years of overall retail experience, with deep roots in the Jewellery industry

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Current Product Development (NPD)

• Strong expertise in strategic procurement and sourcing for the studded category (diamonds and precious stones)

• End-to-end NPD capabilities—translating creative design concepts into first prototypes and commercially viable products

• Track record of building top-tier vendor ecosystems, driving cost optimization, gross margin improvements, and ethical sourcing standards

• Strong analytical ability,



high execution rigor, and commercial acumen

• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Design, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, HR, CFO, and external gemstone/manufacturing partners
