About the Role

We are looking for a
revenue-driven sales leader
to lead the Premium Study Abroad business in Hyderabad.

The role will own
B2C revenue, team performance, sales strategy and business growth
, with a strong focus on building high-performing sales teams and driving premium/high-ticket student conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own
B2C revenue, admissions and business targets
for the Premium vertical.
- Lead, coach and scale high-performing sales/counselling teams.
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation to admission.
- Drive conversion, productivity, revenue and overall team performance.
- Build and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Coach teams on counselling, objection handling, negotiation and closures.
- Handle key student/parent conversations and high-value closures.
- Track sales dashboards,



forecasts and funnel metrics to identify business gaps.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
- Manage both
B2C and B2B channels
, with primary focus on B2C.

Requirements
- 10+ years of EdTech / Education Sales experience.
- Strong
B2C sales leadership
experience – mandatory.
- Proven track record of
revenue ownership and target achievement
.
- Experience managing and scaling sales/counselling teams.
- Experience in
premium/high-ticket B2C sales
preferred.
- Exposure to both
B2C and B2B
, with strong B2C orientation.
- Study Abroad experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel, conversion and productivity metrics.
- Telugu + English proficiency is mandatory.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Graduation mandatory; MBA/Postgraduation preferred.
