The Role
We're looking for an
Outbound SDR based in Mumbai or Bangalore
who can build and run cold outreach into construction, fitout, real estate, and related B2B segments across India. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation—prospecting, sequencing, qualifying leads, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.

What You'll Own
- Build and execute outbound cadences through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and qualify target accounts based on the company's ICP.
- Personalize outreach based on industry and account-specific pain points.
- Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot.
- Achieve weekly outbound activity and monthly qualified meeting targets.
- Continuously improve messaging and outreach sequences based on conversion data.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or business development.
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience selling or prospecting into construction, real estate, fitout, infrastructure, or related industries is a robust plus.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools; HubSpot preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing tools.
- Highly target-driven, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
