? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant
to join our enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
SAP FSCM, Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Cash & Liquidity Management
, with a solid understanding of
SAP S/4HANA and O2C processes
.

You will play a key role in optimizing financial processes, improving cash flow, reducing
DSO
, and minimizing credit and collection risks.

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end
SAP FICO / FSCM implementations and rollouts
.
- Configure
Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Cash & Liquidity Management
.
- Design and configure
O2C processes
, including credit control areas, scoring models, collection strategies, and dispute workflows.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops,
fit-gap analysis
, and process optimization.
- Develop
Functional Specifications (FS)




and collaborate with technical/ABAP teams.
- Integrate FSCM with
SAP FI, SD, MM, S/4HANA
, and third-party systems.
- Work with
IDocs, APIs, banking interfaces, and data flows
.
- Provide
L2/L3 production support
, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Lead
SIT, UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
.
- Prepare documentation and deliver end-user training.
- Identify opportunities for
continuous improvement and SAP best-practice adoption
.
