Job Profile: HR Manager

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to manage the complete employee lifecycle and build a strong workplace culture. The role will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, policy implementation, compliance, training and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and offer negotiation.

Design and manage employee onboarding and induction.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

Coordinate payroll, reimbursements and statutory compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee handbooks.

Manage performance reviews, KRAs, KPIs and employee development plans.

Plan employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives.

Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns confidentially.

Support workforce planning and organisational development.





Prepare HR reports covering hiring, attrition, attendance and performance.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Manage exit formalities, clearances and exit interviews.

Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification.

3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a startup or growing organisation.

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations and labour compliance.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS and recruitment platforms.
