? What You'll Be Doing
- Manage
CRM, sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development KPIs
- Coordinate
RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, proposals, concept notes, and commercial submissions
- Develop
budgets, pricing models, cost estimates, and profitability assessments
- Coordinate with
Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Technical, M&E;, and Communications teams
- Drive proposal timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder coordination
- Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and sustainability/industry intelligence
- Create impactful
PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs,



and customer-facing materials
- Support
conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and client engagement
- Improve
BD processes, CRM workflows, SOPs, templates, and automation

? What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, International Development
, or a related field
- MBA/Master's degree preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in
Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Proposal Management
- Solid
commercial and business development acumen
- Excellent
PowerPoint, Excel, proposal writing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with
CRM platforms and pipeline management
- Knowledge of
budgeting, pricing, and commercial analysis
- Strong
stakeholder management, analytical, research, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
