Position Name: HR Officer

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Working Hours: Must be willing to work in three shifts: A, B,C

Key Responsibilities
- Time Office Management
- Manage the Time Office and attendance tracking using the Mantra face recognition system.
- Ensure accurate attendance records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and share manpower reports for each shift with the FCC officer.
- Contract Labor Management
- Cross-check manpower deployment against actual attendance with supervisors.
- Validate and reconcile Mantra attendance data with manpower allocation.
- Engage with contract labor (CL) on the shop floor to reinforce safety and hygiene protocols and lead one-minute exercises.
- Welfare Activities
- Regularly inspect the cleanliness of change rooms, washrooms, and pantries.
- Monitor security deployment and frisking procedures at change room entries.
- Ensure worker compliance with dress codes (hairnets, proper shoes, etc.).
- Inspect canteen food quality, hygiene standards, and minimize wastage.




- Address and resolve daily worker grievances across all shifts.
- Recruitment & Compliance
- Manage NAPS recruitment and compliance through Third-Party Agencies (TPA).
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC) and manage legal audits.
- Coordinate HR audits and maintain necessary documentation.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize engagement activities, events, and employee committees.
- Oversee shift vehicle arrangements and safe transport services for female employees.
- Training & Development
- Facilitate training programs for contract labor, GVO, and senior officers.
- Lead Occupational Health Center (OHC) activities and health awareness sessions.
- Communicate health information and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Shop Floor Management
- Spend at least 5 hours daily on the shop floor to monitor activities and interact with employees.
