As we continue to scale our content business, we are looking for a commercially driven
Content Licensing & Partnerships professional
who can build new distribution partnerships and monetize our content library across India and international markets.

About the Role

The Manager / Senior Manager – Content Licensing & Partnerships will be responsible for driving




content monetization through licensing, syndication, and strategic distribution partnerships
.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships across OTT platforms, broadcasters, digital platforms, publishers, aggregators, and media networks, along with a proven track record of negotiating and closing content deals.

This is a hands-on commercial role with ownership of the
licensing pipeline, partner development, negotiations, deal closure, and revenue delivery
.

Key Responsibilities

Content Licensing & Revenue
- Identify, develop, pitch, negotiate, and close content licensing and syndication opportunities across OTT platforms, broadcasters, digital platforms, publishers, aggregators, and other distribution partners.
- Drive monetization of Rusk Media's content/IP portfolio across
domestic and international markets

- Build and maintain a solid licensing pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targ
