Position Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, eager to learn, and has hands-on experience managing campaigns for consumer-focused brands. You will work closely with senior marketing and creative teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Assist in campaign planning, audience targeting, A/B testing,



and budget allocation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Track key marketing metrics using analytics and advertising platforms.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Support the management of campaign budgets while ensuring efficient spend and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for consumer, retail, or product-based brands.
- Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills to work with internal tea
