- **Reporting To:** Manager - D2C eCommerce Warehousing & Delivery Operations
- **Location:** Luhari (Gurgaon)
- **Coverage** North India operations, marketplaces and warehouse network
- **Position Summary:** Drive end-to-end eCommerce marketplace operations across North India by ensuring robust warehouse execution, marketplace fulfilment performance, inventory readiness, SPF governance and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
The role is responsible for delivering operational excellence while supporting strategic initiatives such as SJIT, marketplace expansion, warehouse transitions and process automation.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketplace Operations & Fulfilment**
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon and other eCommerce channels.
- Drive order fulfilment performance, seller metrics, warehouse service levels and marketplace scorecard adherence.
- Track and resolve operational escalations impacting customer experience, dispatch performance, returns, claims or marketplace health.
- Coordinate with category, marketplace and warehouse teams to ensure business priorities are executed without operational blockage.
- **SJIT Program Management**
- Own SJIT operational planning, inventory allocation, dispatch preparedness and execution governance.
