Human Resources Associate
. The position is a full time remote opportunity.

1 PM - 10 PM IST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates manually from various platforms
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Assisting the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
- Interacting with candidates to help schedule and coordinate interviews
- Working closely with the team to manage HR operations

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to learn and work with various job portals and related tools
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
