Educational Qualification
- B.Tech. – Food Technology
- M.Sc. – Food Science / Microbiology
- Certified Lead Auditor – FSSC 22000
- Green Belt Six Sigma Certification

Experience
- 4 – 6+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Specific exposure to Biscuit / Cake / Bakery / Food Manufacturing
- Prior experience in handling consumer complaints and direct consumer interactions

Desired Competencies
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working on CRM tools (preferred)
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and spreadsheets (essential)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse quality trends, identify potential quality failures, and initiate preventive actions.
- Support vendor quality audits as and when required.




- Ensure compliance with testing frequencies and sample sizes as per the quality manual.
- Verify test results are within specification limits and escalate deviations to the Quality Manager.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality walls and defective quality inspections.
- Identify corrective actions and verify implementation of agreed action plans.
- Participate in central quality audits, respond to observations, and ensure closure of corrective actions.
- Review consumer and FBC complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure corrective action implementation.
- Ensure hygiene standards are consistently maintained in the plant and escalate non-compliances appropriately.
