As an Experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Siemens Energy's SAP FSM landscape. Working closely with business stakeholders, global support teams, and project organizations, you will drive effective field service processes, resolve complex system issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives through innovative SAP FSM solutions. Your expertise will help optimize field service operations, improve user experiences, and support business growth across global markets.

How You'll Make An Impact
Operations & Support
- Serve as a key contributor within the SAP FSM support organization, ensuring reliable and efficient business operations.
- Analyze, coordinate, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system-related issues within the SAP FSM ecosystem.
- Monitor and support integration interfaces, including SnapLogic and other middleware platforms, to ensure seamless data flow.




- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support system stability, performance optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Solution Development & Process Consulting
- Configure, enhance, and optimize SAP FSM functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP FSM solutions including Smart Forms, Business Rules, Extensions, Custom Developments, and Integration Interfaces.
- Develop and maintain Jasper Reports and HTML reports.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FSM solutions.
- Support S/4HANA service transformation initiatives, implementation projects, and global rollouts.
- Participate in testing activities, defect resolution, UAT, and deployment support.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and support current SAP FSM releases and capabilities.
- Contribute to digitalization init
