We're looking for a B2B Social Media & Content Manager who can own our content and social presence end-to-end, with LinkedIn at the heart of the strategy.

If you're a solid writer, understand B2B audiences, know what makes content stand out, and constantly look at competitors and industry trends to find a better angle — we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

? Social Media & LinkedIn
- Own the end-to-end LinkedIn and social media content strategy and execution.
- Build content calendars and campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Create and publish posts, carousels, videos, polls, thought leadership and industry content.
- Monitor engagement, trends and audience behavior and continuously optimize content.

✍️ Content & Copywriting
- Write high-quality B2B content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, articles, newsletters and email campaigns.
- Turn complex industry topics into simple, engaging and relevant stories.
- Develop compelling hooks, headlines,



CTAs and campaign messaging.
- Repurpose content across social, email, website and other channels.

? Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Develop content pillars and an overall B2B content strategy.
- Work with leadership and subject-matter experts to create thought leadership and industry insights.
- Develop content around customer challenges, trends, research, events, webinars and emerging topics.
- Help strengthen the company's voice and authority within the industry.

? Competitor & Trend Research
- Regularly analyse competitor LinkedIn pages, websites, newsletters and campaigns.
- Track industry leaders, creators and emerging content trends.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Turn relevant trends and industry conversations into timely, differentiated content.

- Develop concepts, scripts and talking points for videos and interviews.
