What You Will Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of MSP services, and driving business growth within assigned accounts. You will be managing the end to end accountability of the MSP Services along with the operational oversight with managing the in house teams as well as vendor partners. You will be responsible for managing & maintaining healthy client relationships & Serve as the primary point of contact for MSP client.



Key aspects include understanding the workforce needs and business objectives of the client. While handling the vendor partners as well for delivery, you will be required to monitor vendor performance and workforce quality while ensuring compliance with client policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Manage and lead a team of Recruitment Partners & Coordinators and providing guidance, training, and ongoing development.
- Managing the day to day delivery operations and fulfilment with the vendor partners.
- Set transparent performance targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring timely & quality assistance with end-toend Recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
- Create a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice.
