Responsibilities
- Create and/or drive the creation of architectures aligned with project roadmaps, platform strategies, governance policies, and standards.
- Experience working with global Pharma and Life Sciences clients
, with an understanding of their business, technology, and regulatory environments.
- Ensure the feasibility of our products/services, understanding business needs, and making informed technology decisions.
- Actively participate in the development phase of project delivery, advising projects on technology and architecture trends for decision making.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching for team members.
- Willingness to step up in abstraction level to solve organizational issues and drive results in big projects.
- Provide direct sales support for the sales team by building solutions,
providing solution designs/recommendation presentations, and offering general Q&A; support for prospective customers.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Pre-sales teams to support client proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, effort estimations, and technical discussions.
- Collect and analyze prospective customer setting data (current infrastructure, application products implemented, product customizations) and assist in mapping business needs for the purpose of recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technology options, define solution architecture, and ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of proposed solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging cloud, data, and AI/ML technologies based on client and business requirements.
