About the Role:

we are looking for a
QA Automation Engineer
who is passionate about building reliable, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions. The role requires a strong combination of
automation testing and manual testing expertise
, with hands-on experience in Selenium, API testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software quality practices and be comfortable working closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in an Agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using
Selenium WebDriver
.
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using
Page Object Model (POM), Hybrid, and Data-Driven approaches
.
- Create reusable automation components and utilities to improve test coverage, stability, and maintainability.
- Perform
functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing
.
- Design and execute




API test cases and automation using REST Assured
.
- Integrate automated test suites with
Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
and support continuous testing practices.
- Use
Git
for source code management, branching, merging, and version control.
- Analyze automation failures, identify root causes, and troubleshoot application and test script issues.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, automation scripts, and relevant QA documentation.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other QA engineers to ensure product quality.
- Participate actively in
Agile ceremonies
, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
