We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function in a large manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, workforce management, and HR operations, with proven experience in managing a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including around 120 operators. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and managing both strategic and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Workforce Management

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing facility.

• Handle a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including 120+ operators.

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, attendance, leave, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and exits.

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes, and SOPs.

• Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Production, Operations, and other departments.

2. Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance





• Possess strong and practical knowledge of Indian labour laws and employment regulations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, and other applicable regulations.

• Manage statutory registers, records, filings, audits, and inspections.

• Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants whenever required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.

• Manage employee relations and maintain a positive workplace environment.

• Handle disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiries, show-cause notices, and related documentation.

• Support management in resolving employee and workforce-related issues.
