About the Role:

T – Mobile is transforming into a digital – first, AI – enabled, and data – driven organization, building modern platforms that power critical business functions at scale. A key focus area is evolving our Commissions systems into scalable, real – time, microservices – based architectures.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop scalable microservices for commission processing using Java and Spring Boot.




- Build and expose well – designed RESTful APIs for commission calculations, adjustments, and reporting.
- Decompose monolithic commission systems into loosely coupled, domain–driven microservices.
- Implement high – performance, low – latency services capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Apply microservices design patterns (circuit breaker, retry, idempotency, fault tolerance).
- Develop event–driven services using messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) where applicable.
- Optimize application performance through JVM tuning, concurrency handling, and effective resource management.
- Ensure API reliability, versioning, and backward compatibility across services.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate commission rules into scalable service logic.
- Integrate microservices with downstream systems (databases, external APIs, financial systems).
