Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a solid software development and Data Engineering background, along with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a software developer or data engineer, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and hands-on exposure to data engineering, data platforms, ETL/ELT, and software delivery processes. This is a leadership role that requires a strong combination of technical expertise, data engineering knowledge, and project management skills to drive successful delivery of complex technical projects.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software and
data engineering projects
.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective technical and
data solutions
.
- Own the
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
and project delivery lifecycle, ensuring Agile and Scrum best practices are followed.




- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project issues and conflicts.
- Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimation, resource planning, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with
Data Engineers, Developers, Architects, and Product teams
to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Drive projects involving
data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, data platforms, data warehouses, and data modernization initiatives
.
- Monitor engineering and project progress using
JIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools
.
- Ensure effective integration of
DevOps practices, data quality, testing strategies, deployment, and release management
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
