Job Purpose
This role will require high-level executive office management with hands-on work across pre-contracting, post contracting, and CLM-led contract operations. The incumbent acts as a specialist who shapes, drives, and tracks the contracts and compliance agenda across the contract lifecycle, while also managing critical priorities, information flow, and follow-through for the CLM Department.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as the point of coordination for managing priorities, information flow, and follow-ups across functions and business units.
- Support when requirement on contracting activities focusing on risk allocation, compliance, and standardisation.
- Track progress of CLM related project and support obligation mapping, risk and milestone tracking, and creation/updating of obligation registers and compliance calendars within or alongside the CLM.
- Coordinate with business owners, finance, and operations to track performance, variations, renewals, terminations, and disputes,



and escalate issues with recommended options.
- Contribute to development and refinement of standard reports on contract performance, risk, and compliance for leadership reviews.
- Act as a key user or champion for the CLM platform, supporting configuration inputs, testing, workflows, templates, clause libraries, and user training material.
- Monitor CLM adoption and data quality, run basic analytics (e.g., cycle times, bottlenecks), and highlight improvement opportunities
- Support drafting and rollout of contract and compliance policies, playbooks, and SOPs that integrate with CLM-enabled processes.

- 4–8 years’ experience in contracts, legal operations, or contract management, preferably in a corporate/group environment
