Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
ETL Developer
to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for enterprise data integration. The candidate will work closely with business, AI, and application teams to build reliable, high-performance data solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable
ETL pipelines
for enterprise data integration.
- Extract, transform, validate, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Ensure
data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance
across data workflows.
- Collaborate with
business, AI, and application teams
to deliver effective data solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines for
performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency
.
- Contribute to
automation, CI/CD, and DevOps
practices for data engineering deliverables.
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows using enterprise ETL and cloud-native tools.




- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and ensure timely resolution of production problems.
- Support large-scale data processing and integration requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
ETL and Data Integration
.
- Experience with ETL tools such as
Informatica, Talend, DataStage
, or cloud-native data integration services.
- Proficiency in
Python
.
- Robust experience with
Apache Spark / PySpark
for large-scale data processing.
- Good understanding of
SQL and database technologies
.
- Experience working with
REST APIs, JSON, and XML
.
- Experience with
file-based integrations and messaging platforms
.
- Strong understanding of
data quality, validation, governance, and compliance
.
- Experience with
CI/CD and DevOps practices
.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
