You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products/services.

Responsibilities
- Strong command over written English (grammatically correct written English)
- Command over French language to assist the client through email, chat or phone.
- Customer Support – Assist the customer process and solve Customer queries.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution
- Coordinate with internal team for issue resolving & coordination with customer
- To ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner
- Respond to customers in tickets issues, follow-ups, etc.
