Role Description The Mediator role at Maven Profcon Services LLP is a full time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India.



The Mediator will facilitate communication and negotiation between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to help resolve regulatory, contractual, and project-related disputes constructively. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and leading mediation sessions, clarifying issues, documenting outcomes, and ensuring agreed actions are implemented in alignment with regulatory and business objectives. The role involves analyzing complex regulatory and technical information, supporting collaborative problem-solving, and maintaining impartiality while guiding parties toward mutually acceptable solutions. The Mediator will also contribute to process improvement, provide feedback on conflict trends, and support training or awareness activities related to effective communication and dispute resolution.
