? Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete
skincare category strategy, roadmap, and growth plans
.

• Identify new product opportunities through
consumer insights, market trends, and scientific innovation
.

• Lead end-to-end product development from
concept to market launch
.

• Collaborate closely with
R&D;, Packaging, Sourcing, Regulatory, Marketing, and Growth teams
.

• Develop compelling
product positioning, consumer storytelling, and launch strategies
.

• Own the
category P&L;
and drive revenue and growth targets.

• Analyze product performance and continuously optimize the product portfolio.

• Translate
ingredient science and formulation benefits




into simple, consumer-friendly communication.

• Drive category growth through
repeat purchases, cross-selling, new launches, and category expansion
.

? Required Skills & Experience

✔️ 4–10 years of experience in
Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG
.

✔️ Strong track record of launching
multiple skincare or beauty products
.

✔️ Robust understanding of
skincare formulations, ingredients, and ingredient science
.

✔️ Proven experience in
category growth and commercial performance
.

✔️ Strong understanding of
consumer behavior, market trends, and beauty innovation
.
