? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative and content operations across multiple digital marketing channels.

• Build AI-powered content workflows using
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Kling
and other GenAI platforms.

• Develop high-converting
scripts, landing pages, ad copies, VSLs and performance marketing content
.

• Build scalable content production systems to improve creative speed, quality and output.

• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Design, Product and Video teams to create conversion-focused creatives.

• Develop creative frameworks, hook libraries,



messaging angles and storytelling strategies based on consumer psychology.

• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize creatives using data and business insights.

• Drive
founder-led branding, social media content and thought leadership initiatives
.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, business objectives and customer needs.

? Required Skills

✔️ 6–10 years of experience in
Creative Strategy, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing or Content Operations
.

✔️ Strong experience in
D2C, Healthcare, Wellness, Nutraceuticals, SaaS, E-Commerce or Consumer Brands
.

✔️ Hands-on experience with
Generative AI tools and prompt engineering
.

✔️ Excellent copywriting, storytelling and direct-response marketing skills.

✔️ Experience managing creative teams and scaling content production.

✔️ Robust understanding of content performance, creative testing and optimization.
