Overview:

Newfold Digital is seeking for a technically strong and hands-on Engineering Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while continuing to provide robust technical direction. The role combines people leadership, architecture, engineering excellence, product delivery, and AI-first development practices.





The ideal candidate is a strong technology leader who can translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions, make sound architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and drive teams toward high-quality and predictable delivery.

A key expectation of this role is to champion AI-first software development, enabling engineering teams to leverage AI across the development lifecycle while maintaining high standards of quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.
