About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Connect with Founders, CEOs, MDs, Directors, HR Heads, Business Owners and Senior Management.
Conduct prospecting through calls, LinkedIn, email,



WhatsApp, referrals, networking and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings/presentations.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
Achieve mutually agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.
Generate business through personal networks, references and industry contacts.
