We are hiring passionate and target-driven Education Counsellors / Career Development Advisors to help students choose the right online degree and certification programs.
Eligibility:
✅ Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
✅ 1–3 Years of Experience in Education Counselling / Academic Sales / Online Degree Counselling
✅ Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills
✅ Knowledge of CRM Tools (Salesforce, Zoho, LSQ, etc.) is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings
• Guide students on online degree programs and career opportunities
• Manage admissions from enquiry to enrolment
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
Salary & Benefits:
? ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
