OVERVIEW

Digital and Technology Human Capital Management & Services team is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer that can develop and support Workday integrations and internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workday tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF), strong technical skills, and a consultative approach to working with stakeholders across HR, IT, and third-party vendors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design, develop, and support moderate to complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration technologies.




- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions.
- Apply integration design patterns, reference architectures, development standards, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and deploy Workday integrations across multiple systems and technologies, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data exchange.
- Collaborate with Workday functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and third-party system owners to understand requirements and resolve integration dependencies.
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing integrations, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable technical solutions.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify issues related to data quality, reliability, security, and system performance.
- Participate in Workday releases, system upgrades, testing, and impact assess
