Certification:
- VMware VCP-DCV Design or VCAP-DCV Deploy
- ITIL Foundation/ ITIL 4 Managing Professional or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (helpful for hybrid operating model)

Must-Have:
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) versions 6.x/7.x/8.x.
- Hands-on experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and Distributed Switches.
- Experience in VMware infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies and datastore management.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or SRM




- Positive understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex virtualization issues in production environments.
- Hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting Cisco UCS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco UCS Manager, Fabric Interconnects, Chassis, and Blade Servers.
- Experience with UCS Service Profiles, Templates, Pools, and Policies.
- Familiarity with Cisco UCS Central/Intersight administration and monitoring.
- Experience in firmware upgrades, patch management, and UCS infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience performing health checks, capacity planning, and root cause analysis for UCS infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate with server, storage, and network teams for infrastructure-related activities.
- Hands-on experience with PowerCLI/PowerShell automation and scripting.
