1. Your Role

As a GTM Associate, you will own the entire customer journey — from first touch to closure and account success.

You will operate in a high-ownership environment where your ability to generate revenue directly defines your earnings and growth.

2. Daily Measurables

2.1 40 outbound connects per working day

2.2 15 first conversations with prospects

2.3 25 structured follow-ups

2.4 10 qualified opportunities generated

2.5 Minimum 1 product demo conducted per day





2.6 100% CRM hygiene and real-time updates

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance is measured strictly on commercial impact.

3.1 Minimum 2.5× revenue multiple of assigned base business consulting fee

3.2 ₹50,000 baseline commercial ask → ₹1,25,000+ expected revenue output per cycle

3.3 Pipeline quality and conversion efficiency across funnel stages

3.4 Demo-to-close conversion rate

3.5 Customer onboarding success and account activation quality

3.6 Renewal and upsell identification

3.7 Consistent adherence to SLA-defined execution standards

4. Compensation

*INR 25,000 - INR 35,000 + High Commissions (~25% )*

4.1 Associates who achieve the defined 2.5× performance benchmark become eligible for high incentive structures.

4.2 Where revenue thresholds are not achieved, compensation shall be evaluated solely based on documented inputs at the Company’s sole discretion.
