About The Role
You'll lead SetuAI's growth strategy — from SEO and content marketing to performance campaigns and partnership programmes. We've reached 50,000 students largely through word-of-mouth; you'll build the systems to scale this to 500,000.

This is a full-stack growth role. You'll be comfortable running experiments, writing copy, reading analytics, and briefing design. You'll work directly with the co-founders.

What you'll do
- Own user acquisition metrics: trial signups, activation rate, and paid conversion
- Build and execute an SEO and content strategy targeting JEE/NEET search intent
- Run performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and YouTube
- Develop and test referral programmes, institutional partnerships, and organic growth loops
- Analyse funnel data to identify drop-off points and run improvement experiments
- Write and optimise email sequences for onboarding, engagement, and re-activation

What you bring
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in EdTech or consumer SaaS
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar




- Experience running and optimising paid campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent written communication for email, ads, and landing page copy
- Deep understanding of the Indian education market and student/parent buying behaviour

Nice to have

Not required — but these will make you stand out.
- Experience with SEO at scale in a competitive vertical
- Hindi or other regional language copywriting ability
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Brevo, Customer.io, etc.)
