Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Customer Calling (Primary Role)
- Call and convert incoming enquiries for Rudraksha, Crystals, Bracelets and Spiritual Products.
- Handle customer enquiries received through:
- Mandala Website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Other Marketplaces
- WhatsApp
- Social Media
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Guide customers through consultation and product selection.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain CRM updates and customer communication records.
- Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order completion.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
B. Marketplace Operations (Secondary Role)
Marketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of marketplace stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue updates and order execution.
Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create recent product listings.
- Update existing listings.
- Manage titles, descriptions, bullet points and specifications.
- Upload product images and videos.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Update pricing and offers.
- Ensure catalogue health and compliance.
