Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Java + Python Developer
with a robust background in
Java backend development
,
Spring Boot Microservices
, and
Artificial Intelligence/Generative AI solutions
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable enterprise applications, building and fine-tuning AI models, and working in Agile environments. The candidate should be flexible with working hours and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Java Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using
Java
,
Spring Boot
, and
Microservices Architecture
.
- Build and consume
RESTful APIs
for enterprise-grade applications.
- Implement high-performance, secure, and reliable backend services.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
- Work closely with frontend, DevOps,



and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Python & AI/GenAI Development
- Develop AI/ML solutions using
Python
and related frameworks.
- Create, train, fine-tune, and deploy
AI/ML models
for business use cases.
- Work on
Generative AI (GenAI)
applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Integrate AI models and GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Perform model evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvements.

Agile & Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills
