Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer – Transportation Design with 10–13 years of experience in highway and roadway design projects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering project discipline scope within budget and schedule while ensuring technical excellence and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver civil/site and highway design projects.

Prepare roadway layouts, pavement marking & signing plans, traffic management/MPT plans, quantities, cost estimates, and specifications.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and ensure design accuracy.

Act as technical liaison with clients and provide senior-level expertise.

Support project management activities and ensure compliance with codes and standards.





Qualification and Technical Skills

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Relevant (mandatory).

10–13 years of relevant experience in transportation/highway design.

-
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

-
Strong knowledge of AASHTO, UK, Middle East, and Indian highway standards.

Experience in Gulf projects preferred.
