Role Description
The Creative Art Director will lead the visual and conceptual direction of events and brand experiences, ensuring all design elements align with client objectives and TRZY’s creative standards. This full-time,



in office role in Gurugram involves developing creative concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives for film marketing campaigns, corporate events, and brand promotions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing design and graphics output, supervising art and set design, collaborating with production and client servicing teams, and presenting creative ideas and layouts to clients. The Creative Art Director will review and refine design work, ensure consistency across branding touchpoints, and stay current with design trends and experiential technologies. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, coordinating with vendors for printing and fabrication, and maintaining timelines and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications
- Strong creative direction skills, including Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to translate brand and event objectives into compelling visual concepts.
