- Zero material audit findings.
- Journal entry accuracy rate.
- Balance sheet reconciliation completion rate (100% on time).
- Number of aged reconciliation items.
- Financial reporting accuracy.
- Compliance with SOX/internal controls.
- Process automation and productivity improvements.
- Stakeholder satisfaction. T
- Timely completion of statutory audit requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Accountant ( ACCA affiliate with 2 /3 years of experience).
Preferred Skills: Work experience in any ERP, Work experience in Month end closing cycle, Stat and Internal audit handling skills.
