Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Coordinate with customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
Maintain CRM records and update sales pipeline data.
Track quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and customer correspondence.
Requirements
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM software, and email communication.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is preferred.
