JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced
Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant
to design, implement, and optimize personalized, data-driven customer engagement programs across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Marketo Engage
, hands-on experience with
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
, and a strong understanding of CRM integrations, audience orchestration, marketing automation, and MarTech ecosystems.

This role will partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to drive scalable B2B customer journeys, migration initiatives, and marketing transformation programs.

Required Skills:





5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, or MarTech Consulting.

Strong hands-on experience with
Adobe Marketo Engage administration, configuration, campaign execution, and production support
.

Marketo Certification
preferred.

Experience with
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
and
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
.

Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with
Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
.

Solid understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), identity resolution, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs, and data integrations.

Knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, and operational metrics.

Experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.

Proven ability to lead projects from initiation through successful delivery.
