Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack features for innovation projects across the portfolio
Build reliable, scalable components that meet technical requirements and quality standards
Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality
Work collaboratively with team members to implement experimental concepts into functional products
Contribute to technical discussions on architecture, frameworks, and implementation approaches
Learn from senior team members and adopt advanced development practices and emerging technologies
Support rapid prototyping efforts and participate in iterative development cycles
Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment and basic monitoring




Required Qualifications

3+ years of qualified software engineering experience with production systems
Strong foundation in full-stack development (frontend frameworks, backend services, databases, cloud platforms)
Familiarity with AI code assistants (Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or similar) or willingness to learn
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established standards
