CLIENT: Large Printing BU looking for a national leader to enhance and drive its commercial printing business in India.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and result-driven PRINTING TECHNOLOGIST (Preferably BE-Printing) to lead growth initiatives and expand market presence. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in commercial (offset) and digital printing, strong industry connects, and a proven ability to scale revenues.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with organizational goals. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion in commercial printing. Own and deliver on top-line, bottom-line, and collection targets. Identify and unlock current revenue streams, including job work and institutional business. 2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, industry connects, and structured outreach. Acquire large/key accounts across corporate sectors such as publishing, packaging, corporates, and government.



Lead negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contract structuring. 3. Key Account & Relationship Management
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure high client satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth. Act as escalation point for critical client concerns. 4. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and drive performance of a team of 8–10 sales professionals. 5. Market Intelligence & Innovation

Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in digital & offset printing. Incumbent Profile
20 years of experience in commercial printing/packaging. Proven track record of managing ₹50 Cr+ revenue portfolios Strong understanding of offset & digital printing technologies, costing, and operations Established network within corporate, publishing, packaging, or institutional clients Key Competencies
