and US engagements. The mandate is business-outcome realisation, consistent time to value, implementation rigor, and steady customer satisfaction, with implementation maturity strong enough that managers can independently own their customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Delivery Organisation & Program Leadership Build and run a high-performing AI delivery organisation handling transformation across Sutra’s ICP, non-ICP, India, and US. Scale and govern multiple concurrent customer transformations with a solid ownership mentality and outcome accountability. Create rigor in implementation planning, governance, milestone management, and decision-making. Operate effectively during escalations, production issues, and high-pressure customer situations.
2. Time to Value & Delivery Quality Drive consistent, measured Time to Value across projects, managed and reported per established processes. Improve on-time deliver
